Located on the west side of Cayuga Lake, Knapp is a stalwart in Finger Lakes wine. This is their first vintage making a Saperavi Pet Nat and it was incredibly successful. Saperavi is a Georgian grape that is becoming more popular in the Finger Lakes every year. Cranberry, raspberry, red flowers and plenty of freshness, this is a dark rosé for warm weather.
