FAQ
Have a question? We’ve got you.
We accept return of sealed bottles with a receipt within 14 days of purchase for store credit.
If you think a wine you purchased is corked or otherwise flawed, please bring in the wine in the original bottle with the original cork so we can confirm the flaw & either exchange the bottle for the same wine or for a bottle of equal value.
We really hope you enjoy the wine you purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for dislikes or changes of mind, but we will do our best to find something more suited to your tastes moving forward - just let us know!
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience & security.
Pick up orders are usually ready within an hour of placement during regular business hours, daily 11am-8pm. Our crew will send you a message when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation & ID with you at pick up.
Not at this time but check back again soon!
It's always best to keep wine away from sunlight & sources of heat.
If you plan on keeping it around for more than a week or two, it's probably best to store it on its side if it has a cork, so that the cork doesn't dry out and let air in. For this reason, we also don't recommend keeping your wine with a cork in your kitchen refrigerator for more than a couple of weeks. If it has a screw cap, the fridge or another place away from sunlight & heat is just fine!
For longer term storage, if you have a cool place to keep your wine, under 70 degrees - like a basement - that's the best option. As long as there aren't any big temperature swings, your wine should be good for quite a while. Let us know if you have any specific storage questions or concerns!
Responsible consumption can vary based on the group, service format & style of wine you're drinking.

There are tons of resources online - we really like Wine Folly as a jumping off point.
Buy a book. The Wine Bible, Wine for Normal People or Wine Simple are all good options.
Talk with the people who live and breathe it! Visit a winery, talk to your local bartender or come see us! We'll always drop what we're doing to chat about wine... Tell us about the wine you had with dinner, the wine you had last week, the winery you visited last year or anything else.
Ask questions! We'll either tell you what we know or know where to look. While you're at it, share a recipe, a secret hiking spot or a picture of your cat. The best education, of course, is drinking wine. Buy a few bottles you're not familiar with, host a tasting, have a dinner party or just have a glass & read the winery's website or what the importer has to say on theirs. We're happy to provide any information we've got on the wines we carry!Â
Community is at the forefront of what we do - we think wine should bring people together. We source with intention & give back in the same way.
Our small biz does receive more requests than we can accommodate, so we prioritize partnership with local organizations that have initiatives focused on sustainable agriculture, wine education & inclusivity in the beverage industry.
Please reach out to us at hello@collectivewinesupply.com if you think your concern is a good fit!
