Coming from a family of vineyard workers, Maurice Rollin decided to make and bottle wine from his holdings in 1955, and in the mid 1990's the family started making and bottling all of the wine from their holdings under their own label. While they make wine from 14 different appellations, this is from their home village of Pernand-Vergelesses. Firmly mineral with lots of red fruit, dried leaves, fresh flowers and spice.
