Tucked into the Southwest corner of the country, Switzerland is quietly making some of wines of incredible quality that not many people encounter! The locals like to say that this area is the REAL Northern Rhone as it lies on the stretch of the Rhone that runs through Switzerland. Syrah seems to be at home here as well. The wine is fermented with 20% whole cluster and spends 18 months in oak before bottling. Rich, dark fruit but the wine retains a taut freshness. Spicy and earthy, this is a special wine.
