Ken Pahlow and Erica Landon craft some of the most precise, mineral driven and complex wines in Oregon. This is a blend of 83% Pinot Blanc, 15% Pinot Gris and 2% Auxerrois from the Fir Crest Vineyard in the southwest corner of the Yamhill Carlton AVA. The wine spends 9 months in oak before bottling. Lemon peel, white flowers and the Walter Scott signature flinty reduction all frame a generous wine.
