Started in 2019 by a pair of former Sommeliers, they now have a winery and tasting room on the west side of Cayuga Lake along with vines planted to Cabernet Franc and Riesling. This is a blend of 4 Hybrids, 3 fermented in 2023 and the 4th added in 2024 to restart fermentation at which point it was bottled to capture CO2 and make this delightful, red sparkling wine. Think Lambrusco but with a Foxy Finger Lakes Twist.
