Started in 2019 by a pair of former Sommeliers, they now have a winery and tasting room on the west side of Cayuga Lake along with vines planted to Cabernet Franc and Riesling. The Friulano for this comes from the Ventosa vineyard on the north east side of Seneca Lake. Some earthy, sweet mint melds with tropical fruit, ripe grapefruit, a complex and unique wine from the FLX.
