Started in 2019 by a pair of former Sommeliers, they now have a winery and tasting room on the west side of Cayuga Lake along with vines planted to Cabernet Franc and Riesling. The grapes for this wine are sourced from Standing Stone vineyard and are farmed biodynamically. This is a broad wine on the palate with lots of tropical and orchard fruit with some texture and lots of freshness.
