Started in 2019 by a pair of former Sommeliers, they now have a winery and tasting room on the west side of Cayuga Lake along with vines planted to Cabernet Franc and Riesling. This particular wine is from that vineyard, now known as the New Suns Vineyard in reference to it's eastern exposure. Savory, with a slight green herbaceousness reminding you it's Cabernet Franc. Black cherry, plum and raspberry with great tannin to boot make this a classic Finger Lakes Cab Franc.
