Trestle 31 is the Finger Lakes label from Master of Wine Nova Cadamatre. She was the first American Female winemaker to achieve the title of MW. She has since worked for Mondavi in California as well as consulting all over the US. Trestle 31 makes Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Sparkling. This rosé is made from Cabernet Franc which was pressed quickly to create a nice light pink color. The color may be light, but the wine is packed with ripe strawberry, raspberry, white mint, red flowers and spice.
