Trestle 31 is the Finger Lakes label from Master of Wine Nova Cadamatre. She was the first American Female winemaker to achieve the title of MW. She has since worked for Mondavi in California as well as consulting all over the US. Trestle 31 makes Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Sparkling. This Riesling from 2022 shows Ginger spice, orange zest and some classic petrol notes with some nice richness.
