Located deep in the country on Tenerife, Tierra Fundida is owned by a husband and wife team who came from more conventional winery backgrounds to work vines and make wine naturally, using organic and biodynamic practices. Making only 10,000 bottles a year from 7 hectare of vineyards, Loreto and Gabriel are able to pay close attention to each wine. This is 100% Verdello, fermented and aged in neutral oak. It speaks to the place it is from with a seductive savory element, speaking to the sea.
