The Dancer name should ring a bell for any fans of White Burgundy as Theo's father is the inimitable Vincent Dancer.  Theo has made quite the name for himself in Burgundy and beyond, making Chardonnay but also Gamay, Aligote and Savagnin. Sourced from a village near Fleurie, this wine is boisterous Beaujolais with heady, crunchy red and black fruit. Not to be missed!
