Sylvan Cidery is our go to Cider Producer in the Finger Lakes. Located just Southeast of Keuka Lake, Josh and Charlie are farming apples in an orchard that hasn't seen chemical input since the 1970's and making compelling, site driven, pure ciders. This cider is made with 100% wild foraged apples that have never been sprayed. Bright and tannic with notes of blood orange, ginger and honey.
