Sylvan Cidery is our go to Cider Producer in the Finger Lakes. Located just Southeast of Keuka Lake, Josh and Charlie are farming apples in an orchard that hasn't seen chemical input since the 1970's and making compelling, site driven, pure ciders. This cider is from 100% wild foraged apples that have never been sprayed. Soft acidity, herbaceousness, with notes of green tea, pine and wet stone.
