Despite not growing up in a winemaking family, Thomas Larmoyer caught the bug early and worked in sales and production, including 9 years at Domaine Ostertag where he learned the ins and outs of Biodynamic practices. This is a blend of 60% Pinot Blanc and 40% Pinot Gris from a warm, early ripening site 30 km north of Colmar. Lively and fruity, mandarin, yellow cherry, pear and great brightness for being from a warm site!
