The Huber Family farm has been located in the unincorporated town of Starlight Indiana since 1843. The family restarted their distilling operation in 2001 as Starlight distilling. They have quickly gained a reputation as a quality distiller. This is a single barrel pick, specifically selected for the Syracuse/Finger Lakes Market. The Bourbon is 4 years old and is a blend of 60% corn, 20% rye and 20% malted barley. Marzipan forward with cocoa, cinnamon sugar and coffee bean.
