Scout is located on the west side of Seneca Lake, just a few miles south of Collective. Founded in 2017 by Daniel and Olivia Budmen, Scout is quickly becoming a must visit in the Finger Lakes. The Gamay for this was sourced from the Kashong Glen Vineyard, farmed by the Colizzi Family. The wine spent 12 months in French Oak before bottling. Lots of crunchy red fruit, raspberry, cranberry with lots of freshness and fine tannin.
