Scout is located on the west side of Seneca Lake, just a few miles south of Collective. Founded in 2017 by Daniel and Olivia Budmen, Scout is quickly becoming a must visit in the Finger Lakes. This Valvin Muscat was sourced from the Morris vineyard, showing all the hallmarks of Muscat, the wine is dry and delicious with citrus oil, orange blossom and ginger, it spent 6 months in stainless steel before bottling.
