Ravines is one of the top sparkling producers in the Finger Lakes, making classic, traditional method styles with long aging on the lees. A blend of 46% Pinot Noir and 54% Chardonnay all from the Argetsinger vineyard, this wine spent 5 years on the lees before being disgorged in 2025. Lot's of bright citrus and white flowers are all underpinned by classic toasty brioche and weight from years en tirage. A Champagne dupe for a fraction of the cost.
