Prism Cellars is an exciting new project from our pal Sam Ehrenreich, who is currently the assistant winemaker at Sheldrake Point. Working only with hybrids and natives, Sam is making dynamic, uniquely Finger Lakes Wines. Frequencies is a co-ferment of hybrids Noiret, Marquette, Crimson Pearl and Petit Pearl. With lifted black plum, black cherry, cranberry and black pepper, this wine has great depth and concentration and will play nicely with all sorts of occasions.
