Prism Cellars is an exciting new project from our pal Sam Ehrenreich, who is currently the assistant winemaker at Sheldrake Point. Working only with hybrids and natives, Sam is making dynamic, uniquely Finger Lakes Wines. This is Catawba, a hybrid grown predominantly on the East Coast. It has the foxy flavor that Finger Lakes wines used to be famous for with great acidity and texture.
