After receiving his PhD in terroir in Paris, Pedro Parra worked as a consultant in some of the worlds top wine regions before returning home to Bio Bio in Chile to make wine. An isolated region that has been immune to any influx of influence from abroad, Bio Bio makes wines that are true to the ruggedness of the area. Planted on Granite, this Cinsault thrives in this coastal environment with brambly black fruit, deep savory minerality and an undertone of herbaceousness, this is a wine that way over delivers for the price .
