In the early 80's, Francisco Alfonso started making and selling wine locally, and in 1997, started Pedralonga as it is today. Vineyards planted on granite bedrock are farmed organically and biodynamically. Salty, flinty, mineral meets green apple, lemon zest and just ripe peach.
