Patrick Sullivan grew up in rural Victoria, the smallest and coolest state on mainland Australia, where he makes his wines today. Focused exclusively on Chardonnay, Patrick has honed his craft, focusing on the vineyard first and then the winery. The grapes for this wine come from the Limestone coast in South Australia and are aged in 25% new oak. White peach, subtle spice, hazelnut, vanilla custard and zesty acidity with a crème brûlée richness.
