Founded in 2000 by Catherine Montanet of Domaine de la Cadette, her son, Valentin now runs the show. Raised entirely in stainless steel, this wine has a lot to say. Gun flint, lemon-lime citrus & green apple, this Chardonnay is refreshing with enough power to stand up to any meal.
