Now under the care of Louis Boillot and Ghislaine Barthod's Son, Clémente, the Domaine continues in the visionary direction his parents started it in.  With enviable holdings across Burgundy, their Beaujolais portfolio is not to be ignored. This wine is from only old vines from across the Lieux Dits they hold across Moulin a Vent. Aged in a combination of Stainless steel and oak, the wine is medium bodied with pretty red cherry, strawberry, fresh wild herbs and fine tannin.
