A negociant, founded in 2021 by a couple of winemakers. The husband, Chris Butler is the associate winemaker at legendary Willamette winery, Cristom. They buy grapes from across Oregon, including this Mondeuse from the Pamar Vineyard. The wine spends 5 days on the skins, is fermented naturally and spends 9 months on the lees in neutral barrels. Light red and very fresh, cranberry, raspberry, tart cherry. Perfect chillable summer red.
