Leopold Brothers was started by Todd and Scott Leopold in Michigan and was moved to their home state of Colorado in the early 2000s to focus on distilling. They make a range of liqueurs and spirits, never using any additives, just natural ingredients. The Aperitivo Bianco is a result of 3 separate distillations of Marigold, Chamomile and Lemongrass which is slightly sweetened, and gentian root is added to give it a bitter edge. Great in a White Negroni, with soda or just on the rocks.
