La Tour Gallus has been passed down from Father to Son since 1680. Damien Rineau, the current proprietor, farms his family's 17 hectare of vines with great care, limiting the use of chemicals in the vineyards with no herbicides at all. A classic example of Muscadet, emon, white flowers and crushed stone make it the perfect wine for seafood, light cheeses or just as an afternoon glass.
