Kirinzan was founded in 1843 in the shadow of Mt. Kirin in the northern prefecture of Niigata. Today, they uses only rice that was grown within 5 miles of the brewery and the team works closely with the farmers to ensure the highest quality product. This dry sake is meant to be their everyday drinking sake, perfect for a weekday dinner.
