A blend of 65% Cabernet Franc and 35% Blaufrankisch from the Simmons family vineyard, cofermented and aged in neutral oak for 6 months. A true Finger Lakes red, this focused on bright, fresh fruit with lots of black pepper and a great, approachable structure.
