Jérôme Arnoux started his winemaking journey at the age of 17, working in vineyards and wineries in Arbois for 20 years before starting his own label. This Cremant is made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. Clean and precise, there's some nuttiness and golden apple notes that remind you where it's from.
