Iron Smoke was founded in 2011 by Tommy Brunett in Fairport, right outside of Rochester. The distiller here uses a proprietary mash bill to make their Bourbons, including some lightly applewood smoked grain. This is their unaged whiskey blended with local apple cider, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar to make apple pie in a glass!
