Iron Smoke was founded in 2011 by Tommy Brunett in Fairport, right outside of Rochester. The distiller here uses a proprietary mash bill to make their Bourbons, including some lightly applewood smoked grain. This is a Bottled in Bond Bourbon in honor of the distilleries 10th anniversary, with a minimum age of 6 years for the whiskeys in the blend.
