Hollerhorn is a distillery located at the south end of Canandaigua Lake, in Naples. Making a variety of spirits, including what they call 'Tree Spirits' from Maple Syrup, they have quickly become a shop favorite. Made from Naples grown barley and NYS peated malt, this is a nod to the owner's time at Springbank in Scotland. The peat is sourced from a bog near Binghampton. A unique spirit from NY with classic ties.
