Hollerhorn is a distillery located at the south end of Canandaigua Lake, in Naples. Making a variety of spirits, including what they call 'Tree Spirits' from Maple Syrup, they have quickly become a shop favorite. Made with Wapsie Valley corn and other local grain, this has a spicy, savory nose that leads to chocolate, caramel, burnt orange and vanilla on the palate.
