Hollerhorn is a distillery located at the south end of Canandaigua Lake, in Naples. Making a variety of spirits, including what they call 'Tree Spirits' from Maple Syrup, they have quickly become a shop favorite. They also make a variety of fruit brandies from local farms. This brandy is made with a German Plum variety that was developed specifically for brandy production. The brandy is aged in ex-bourbon and ex-tree spirit barrels. Plum abound with a great minerality and earthiness.
