Hollerhorn is a distillery located at the south end of Canandaigua Lake, in Naples. Making a variety of spirits, including what they call 'Tree Spirits' from Maple Syrup, they have quickly become a shop favorite. Old growth is one of these Tree Spirits. Made by fermenting Maple Syrup, distilling and aging it in ex bourbon barrels for at least a year. A bright, floral nose, the oak complements the maple beautifully with great purity of flavor.
