Hermann J. Wiemer was a pioneer in growing Vinifera grapes in the Finger Lakes. Hermann is no longer involved, but the winery today continues his pioneering ways as the only winery in the Finger Lakes to have Biodynamic certification for some of their vineyards. This is one of the most unique wines in the Finger Lakes. A blend of nearly 20 varieties from their experimental vineyard on Seneca Lake. Ripe red and black fruit, a refreshing herbal quality and blood orange on the finish. A wine worth the price of admission.
