Hermann J. Wiemer was a pioneer in growing Vinifera grapes in the Finger Lakes. Hermann is no longer involved, but the winery today continues his pioneering ways as the only winery in the Finger Lakes to have Biodynamic certification for some of their vineyards. Their Dry Riesling is their flagship wine, with Citrus, White Peach and tropical fruit, this one will not disappoint. And, it's in a half bottle so it's perfect for a solo weekday meal.
