Heart & Hands is a small winery on the north east side of Cayuga Lake. Owned and operated by a husband and wife team, they specifically selected their vineyard site because it's situated on limestone soils, great for growing their chosen grape varieties. This is made with Petit Arvine, a grape native to Switzerland and northwestern Italy. It has racy acidity, but has great concentration of lemon-lime, green apple, sweet herbs and a nice mineral component.
