Heart & Hands is a small winery on the north east side of Cayuga Lake. Owned and operated by a husband and wife team, they specifically selected their vineyard site because it's situated on limestone soils, great for growing their chosen grape varieties. They are the first winery in New York State to grow and make Aligote. With a lovely flinty reduction and a variety of citrus and orchard fruit notes, this is a wonderful wine for the table
