The Gregoletto family has deep roots in the area around Valdobbiadene in the heart of the Prosecco producing area in the Veneto. Made in a traditional style with the second fermentation happening in the bottle.  The wine is fermented dry and bottled with some natural liqueur made from their own grapes.
