The Doglia family planted roots in Castagnole delle Lanze in 1947 with Gianni taking over in the year 2000, with the express goal to make age-worthy Moscato. This is made like real wine and the result is noticeably not the cloying, mass produced versions most people know as Moscato. Ripe peach, orange peel, white flowers, this wine is perfect as an aperitif, with rich sauces or with fruity desserts. Or, sitting by the lake on a hot day. Up to you!
