Believe it or not, this winery was started in a Garage. The owners, a Canadian and a Chilean work with tiny vineyards who's growers work in traditional ways. This particular vineyard is almost 1000 meters above sea level and farmed by hand and horse. The resulting wine is bright fruited with crunch black cherry and blueberry. It is aged in old barrels for 2 years, not to impart oak flavor as much as to soften the edges of the wine making it very refined for being farmed so traditionally!
