Forge Cellars makes some of the most interesting, nuanced Rieslings and Pinot Noir in the Finger Lakes and all from the Southeast Corner of Seneca Lake. Tango Oaks is a special vineyard for the Collective Crew as it's Brian's family's farm where he grew up thinning peaches and tying Concord vines. A truly special site, the vineyard is covered in gravel from a flood almost 100 years ago and is very close to the lake, creating a unique microclimate. Freshness, boxwood, golden apple and orange oil, this wine is coming into it's own 4 years on.
