Forge Cellars makes some of the most interesting, nuanced Rieslings and Pinot Noir in the Finger Lakes and all from the Southeast Corner of Seneca Lake. This particular vineyard is just north of Breakneck Creek, in the hamlet of Valois, just north of Hector. Salinity, wild flowers and lemon zest are hallmarks of this dramatic vineyard.
