Finger Lakes Distilling was one of the first farm distilleries in the Finger Lakes Region and is one of our favorites. This Rye Whiskey is made with a mash bill of 80% Rye and 20% Barley, all grown in New York State. Aged for a minimum of 4 years before being finished in Finger Lakes Sherry barrels for some added depth. Nougat, dark chocolate, dried red fruit and spice.
