Finger Lakes Distilling was one of the first farm distilleries in the Finger Lakes Region and is one of our favorites. This Bourbon is made with a mash bill of all New York grown grain, 70% Corn, 20% Rye and 10% Barley. It is aged for four years in heavy char barrels and bottled at 91 proof. Roasted peanuts, cacao, hazelnuts and marzipan make this a house favorite.
